How long does the property reset take?
Most properties are completed in a single visit. Depending on the size and condition of your yard, it may take a few hours, but the goal is simple: show up and get everything back to a clean, maintained standard in one go.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to the property, we handle everything.
Many of our clients are at work while we complete the reset and come home to a yard that’s already taken care of.
What if my yard is really overgrown?
That’s exactly what this service is for. Whether things have gotten out of control or a previous company didn’t keep up, we bring it back to a clean, edged, and presentable standard.
What happens after the reset?
Most homeowners don’t want it to fall back to where it was. After the reset, we can set you up on a simple ongoing service plan so everything stays handled without you having to think about it.
What if I’m not happy with the results?
If it doesn’t look noticeably better after the visit, we come back and fix it at no additional cost.
